Mrs. Severs, how I loved her. I was a transfer in second grade ('47-48) from the Robbinsville School as we had moved to Crosswicks living on the Saw
Mill Road near Mr. Lieberman's saw mill. We lived across the road from
the Liebermans/Campbells. Jack was a childhood friend. Mrs. Severs was
a wonderful teacher. I remember I was friends with one girl in that
class, Elaine Stewart... My dad worked for NJ Bell, we were then
transferred again and I ended up at Absecon Elementary. I also remember one of the Buckley boys (Frank?) being a grade or so ahead of me. Wonderful site Mr. Lippincott, thanks for the great trip down memory lane!
